Observed multiple food items (sauces/soups and bulk dry goods) to be unlabeled and held over 24 hours. CA: Educated PIC to label items with common names.

Observed build up of debris on equipment. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
