Observed dish machine actively being used and sanitizer wasn't pulling through. Also Ice machine had a slight built-up at the top.

RCA: PIC will use 3-compartment sink to sanitize dishes, also told PIC that they need to increase the cleaning frequency of the ice machine. Observed ice machine to have a built-up in the inside of machine.

RCA: Told PIC to make sure that they are cleaning the ice machine weekly to eliminate built-up.

Observed build-up/dirty racks inside of the walk-in cooler.

RCA: Told PIC that all racks need to be free of any built-up. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

Observed a spray bottle not labeled with the common name of the chemical/cleaning agent that it contained.

COS/CA: PIC labeled the bottle with the common name. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.
