Observed the hand sink at the front of the facility to be used as a dump sink (liquid coffee in basin).
RCA: A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

Observed the back kitchen sink next to the office to not have any soap.
COS/CA: PIC placed soap at the sink. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.

Observed an employee drink stored on storage racks next to coffee mixtures. Observed employee keys stored on table next to Togo bags and gloves, next to the donut display at the front food service area.
CA/COS: PIC removed drink and keys and placed in a designated area. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
