Observed single use bowls and a scoop with no handles stored in crab seasoning and rock salt of the main kitchen, under prep table.
CA/COS: Directed staff to discard bowls & scoop with no handle and replace with proper dispensing utensil. Staff stated facility did not have any scoops to replace ones discarded.
