Observed improper food separation (a open package of Tyson's Chicken gizzard stored on top of romaine lettuce bin) in walk-in cooler. COS: PIC rearranged walk-in cooler in correct compliance of food separation and storage

Observed sliced pineapples being stored in 2 jars of "Peanut Kids" branded peanut butter. Observed carrot and ginger sauce and raw shrimp being stored in Kikkoman Soy sauce buckets.
COS: PIC place new labels with correct food items on food containers.

Observed heavy, long build-up of grease under Ventilation Hood.
RCA:511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - Equipment, Food/Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (C) 2. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations.
- Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
