Observed all ice machines had a heavy black built-up inside.

RCA: Told PIC to increase the cleaning frequency on ice machines. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations

Observed that all rooms sink temperature exceeded 120F.

RCA: Told PIC to turn down water temperature. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F

RCA: Educated PIC on maximum hot water temperature of 120F. Advised they look at the water heater and turn down. Hot water shall not exceed 120F

RCA: Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens.
