Observed back hand wash sink at bas of operation to have non-functioning hot water valve (see base of operation inspection report). RCA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.

Observed food-contact surfaces and utensils not sanitized properly after cleaning, food truck did not have chemical sanitizer available. Food truck was utilizing single use containers for St. Patrick's day festival.
RCA: PIC shall ensure that sanitizer is always stocked and available on mobile food truck. PIC stated that he would be purchasing chlorine.
