Observed several food items (chicken, steak, shrimp, and beef) in walk in unit holding above 41F. See temperature log for exact temperatures. Ambient temperature of unit holding at 50F.
CA: PIC discarded items held for more than 4 hours. Advised PIC to contact maintenance to fix walk in unit. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present

Observed presence of pests in downstairs storage area.
RCA: PIC stated that they are actively treating the area. Advised to increase frequency to reduce presence. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by:

Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies;

Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pests;

Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control as specified under subsections (6)(e), (6)(m), and (6)(n) of this Rule; Pf and
