Observed no CFSM certificate to be posted in facility. Upon discussion with PIC, they have certificate and it was not posted.
RCA: The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times, and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(c) - storage, separation (p)
Observed grill and stainless steel cleaner to be inside prep sink.
COS: PIC removed the stainless steel cleaner to designated chemical storage area. CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - designated areas for employee activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (c)
Observed employee drink in reach-in cooler in front service area.
RCA: Staff shall keep all drinks in designated area or placed away from food-items as to avoid contamination. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.
