RCA:511-6-1.06(3)(i)(j) - Protective Cover or Device, for Water Inlet, Outlet and Hose; Dedicated Hose Connection (C) (i) Protective Cover or Device. A cap and keeper chain, closed cabinet, closed storage tube, or other approved protective cover or device shall be provided for a water inlet, outlet, and hose.

Observed cooling pasta in the walk-in cooler stored uncovered.
