Observed containers of ranch dressing cold holding above 41F in reach-in cooler. Ambient temperature was 53F. Observed diced tomatoes cold-holding above 41F in reach-in drawer in front food service area. COS: Employee discarded of ranch dressing. No TCS items to be held in cooler until repaired. Employee discarded of diced tomatoes.

Observed no hand soap available at hand wash station behind front food service station. Dispenser was not operational. RCA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap
