Observed multiple containers of chicken (tenders and nuggets) in the walk-in unit with internal temperatures above 41°F. The chicken was date marked for 6/16/25 and 6/19/25. Additionally, hamburger and milk were observed at 50°F. The Person in Charge (PIC) stated both items were donated on 6/24/25 at 11:30 AM.

The PIC was advised to place the hamburger and milk into the second walk-in unit, which is holding at 41°F, to ensure the products reach 41°F within two hours.

The ambient temperature of the first walk in unit observed to be holding at 50°F.

CA/COS: PIC discarded all food items. PIC advised air conditioning went out and maintenance repaired the unit an hour before inspection.

RCA: Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below or 135°F (57°C) or above.
