Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed old food labels/glue residue on stacked, cleaned dishware. Observed slime like substance inside of ice maker machine.
RCA: All food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. Cleaning frequency may need to be increased to prevent accumulations.

Observed kitchen employees preparing food with bracelets and watches worn.
RCA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.

Observed long bearded employee working on hot line cooking food without a beard guard. Observed employee with hair unrestrained working on prep line.
RCA: Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch.
