Observed slime-like build-up on the interior baffle of the ice machine.
CA/COS: PIC directed employee to empty, washed, rinsed and sanitized ice machine at a frequency to prevent build-up.

Observed the reach-in cooler used for sauce storage to have an accumulation of old food debris at the bottom of the unit.
Observed the reach-in freezer to have an accumulation of old food debris at the bottom of the unit.
Observed walk-in cooler racks to have a white, residue-like buildup.
Observed the prep-top unit to have old food debris accumulated in the crevices of the unit.
Observed reach-in cooler gaskets located beneath the prep-top area to have an accumulation of old food debris.
RCA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
