Observed handwashing sink to be used as a washing (scrub daddy scrubbers in sink) and dump sink (for coffee maker). RCA: Facility has another single compartment sink that can be used as a prep/dump sink. Facility shall use restriction and not share purposes of handwashing sinks. Food Service Rule: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
