Observed chicken sandwiches and fish fillets stored in insulated nylon boxes and mechanical warming cabinet below to safe temperature of 135F. CA: PIC indicated all food temperatures are checked once arriving to the school from Savannah Arts school. Food is then placed into the warming cabinet or kept in non-mechanical warming bags until service. PIC was not able to provide specific time each food left temperature control but all food was brought out no earlier than 9:45am. All food will be served by 1:45pm, still in SAFE zone. All food shall be discarded by 1:45pm.
