Observed the serve safe certificate posted to be expired and the proper up to date certificate to not be posted in public view. CA: PIC shall post most up to date CFSM certificate in public view and remove expired certification. RCA: The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority. A CFSM certificate which has expired, been revoked or suspended shall not be posted in the food service establishment.

Observed the prep top cooler to have broken/missing handle for opening the unit. CA: PIC shall replace handle or repair unit. RCA: Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair.
