Observed build-up in ice machine. Observed scoop stored in cut melon with handle touching food product. Observed coffee pots and blender stored on towels. RCA: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. Utensil shall be stored in a way that does not allow for potential contamination. Wiping cloths shall not be used as shelf liners as they can harbor bacteria
