Observed scoop of flour stored on top of storage bin and not within a clean or protected area. Observed scoop within sugar stored with handle touching food product. RCA: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage (C) 2.In food that is not time/temperature control for safety food with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon;

Observed clean knives stored behind the maginetic knife holder on the wall. RCA: Clean utensils shall be stored in a clean location.

Observed plates and bowls stored on shelves on main cook line that were not inverted or protected from overhead contamination. RCA: Clean utensils and dishes shall be stored in a way that protects from contamination.
