Regulation: 511-3-5-.23(5)(d) - (d) the water turbidity is such that the suction outlet/main drain cover or a standard white marker tile on the bottom of the deepest portion of the pool cannot be seen.
Water is cloudy. Cannot see the main drains. water must be maintained in a way that the main drains and the pool bottom can be clearly seen.
