Observed debris accumulation on slicer and can opener. Food contact surfaces stored as clean must be clean to the sight and touch. COS by cleaning both.

Observed chili prepped on 12/31 and thawed several days ago without a label indicating the date it was thawed. Must date mark when TCS food is thawed and use food within 7 days (day of thaw counts as day 1). COS by labeling.

Observed current inspection report (76 C) not posted in public view. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.
