Observed no soap at handwashing sink. Soap must be provided at all hand sinks. COS by supplying sink with soap.

Observed all time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods in coolers not date marked. Food items were prepared on a previous day. Employee began writing dates on food when she saw Health Authority. TCS foods must be dated if stored longer than 24 hours.
