Observed no written procedure for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomits or fecal matter onto surfaces. A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. Will email and drop off Spanish version of clean-up procedure.

Observed no allergen awareness sign posted in public view. If required by law, consumer warnings shall be provided. The permit holder shall notify consumers by written notification of the presence of major food allergens as an ingredient in unpackaged food items that are served or sold to the consumer. Will email and drop off an example in Spanish.

Observed unfinished wooden shelves in the cabinets. This was mentioned in the last two inspections. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.
