Observed herbs stored directly in grocery bags. Food must be stored in food-grade bags such as a Zip-loc bag.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed crack in ceiling of dish room, hole in wall to left or restroom bathroom, hole in wall to left of 3-compartment sink, and cove basing missing to left of mop sink. All areas must be repaired as noted on previous inspection.
