Observed the front staff handled the money/card and wore gloves to grab the bread without washing hands. COS by washing hands. Observed another staff member in the back kitchen picked trash from the floor, threw it in the trash can and handled food without washing hands and changing gloves. COS by discarding the food, washed hands and changed gloves.
