Observed the gasket/seal in need of repair/replacement on the left door of the bottom reach-in cooler (below the prep-top cooler used for smoothies).
Corrective action: Repair/replace gasket on reach-in cooler door to keep the cold air inside the unit.
Observed the debris/buildup on the exterior doors of the reach-in coolers on the prep line across from the grill and fryer, the exterior doors of the tall reach-in cooler and tall reach-in freezer on the wall by the water heater. Corrective action: thoroughly clean surfaces and maintain a cleaning schedule to keep clean.
