Observed whole limes stored in back handsink. Corrective action (CA): Person in charge (PIC) advised that hand sinks are to be used for no other purpose than handwashing. Limes removed & moved to produce sink.

Observed clean plastic and metal pans stacked wet on storage shelf. Allow to air-dry completely before stacking.

All filters absent in vent hood. Clean filters before or after operating hours - do not remove from hood during operating hours.
