Corrective action (CA): RTE, TCS foods held at 41F or below for longer than 24 hours must be discarded after 7-days, with preparation date counting as day 1. Person in charge (PIC) discarded hard-boiled eggs, cucumber salad, grilled chicken, and spinach wraps.
