Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Containers of chili in back Reach-in Cooler (RIC) not labeled with the 7-day discard date. Corrective action (CA): All time/temperature control for safety (TCS), ready-to-eat (RTE) foods cold held for over 24 hours shall be labeled to indicate the 7-day discard date. Prep date verified and placed on containers.
