Two reusable water bottles and a box of donuts on prep table in kitchen. Corrective action (CA): All drinks should be in disposable cup with a lid and straw. No employee food/drink should be placed on prep surfaces. Drinks are allowed in kitchen if in correct cups and stored below prep areas.
