Observed chemical spray bottle on shelf in mop closet with no label to identify contents. CA: Chemicals in working containers must always be labeled to identify contents. Contents unknown and spray bottle emptied. COS.

Observed two quaternary sanitizer spray bottles stored improperly. One stored hanging on shelf facing stack of single-use cups and bin of utensils; one stored on counter with water pitcher. CA: Chemicals must always be stored below and separate from food, utensils, equipment, linens, and single-use items to protect from contamination. Chemical bottles relocated. COS.
