Observed deli meat(turkey) improperly thawed laying in meat sink. Food shall be thawed completely submerged under running water. C/A: pic placed turkey back in cooler.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Observed accumulation of dust and grease on fryers. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. No corrective action taken.
