Observed facility re-heating TCS foods at the steam well at the frequency that does not allow for proper reheating. Mac n cheese was temped at 117 degrees F. A second temperature was taken after 15 mins and did not increase. Advised PIC to reheat foods on the stove or oven. COS: employee moved foods to the stove.
