6 - proper disinfectant level
Regulation: .17(1)(a)(b) - proper disinfectant level
Observed the chlorine reading above 10ppm. Advised PIC chlorine shall read between 2-10ppm.
36 - daily recordkeeping: water testing and self inspection performed
Regulation: 511-3-5-.22(12) - (12) a safety self-inspection shall be conducted daily by the trained operator or responsible person and documented on a log sheet.
Observed daily logs unavailable. Advised PIC logs shall be kept on site at all times.
