Observed pH levels above 7.8 (8.0). PH levels that are less than 7.2 and more than 7.8 would be considered out of range. Stated to CPO to pH levels shall be within adequate range.

Observed pressure gauge on pump in disrepair. The continuous filtration and disinfection of the swimming pool shall be maintained. Stated to CPO to backwsh pool and to ensure pressure gauge is maintained.

Observed rope on ring buoy severely frayed and in disrepair. A minimum 1/4 inch diameter throwing rope and 1 and 1/2 times the maximum width of the pool or 50 feet in length shall be attached to the ring buoy and be maintained so that it is in good condition. Stated to CPO to replace rope for ring buoy.

Observed NO DIVING marker not installed on pool deck. The words NO DIVING shall be permanently installed on pool deck within each depth change. Stated to CPO to install NO DIVING marker that is in contrasting color and 4-inch lettering.

Observed weir doors missing inside of skimmers in multiple areas. Advised PIC/CPO Each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically to variations in water level over a minimum range of four inches. COS: CPO placed weir doors in multiple skimmers.

Observed 2 endcaps missing on grab/handrails near the 5 ft depth marker during time of inspection. Advised PIC that handrails, if removable, shall be installed in such a way that they cannot be removed without the use of tools. Advised to place endcaps on all grab/handrails. COS: CPO placed endcaps on grab/handrails near the 5ft depth markers.

Observed missing NO DIVING markers installed on the pool deck in multiple areas of the pool. Advised PIC/CPO The words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers in subsections (3)(a) thru (h) above. Advised PIC to install NO DIVING markers in 4-inch lettering and in contrasting color.

Observed Pool Risk signage missing on pool deck during time of inspection. Advised CPO/PIC an additional sign will state under the heading “Pool Risks” the following items in clearly legible letters at least one inch high. Advised to place Pool Risk signage on pool deck area. COS: CPO placed pool risk signage on pool deck.

Observed signage stating theoretical peak occupancy missing near the entrance of the pool. Advised PIC/CPO a sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy. Advised CPO/PIC to place a theoretical peak occupancy sign near the entrance of the pool.

Observed paper towels missing in the men's and women's restroom during time of inspection. Advised PIC Soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue shall be provided in all dispensers. Advised CPO/PIC to place paper towels in men's and women's restroom.

Observed endcaps missing on grab/handrails during time of inspection. Advised PIC that Handrails, if removable, shall be installed in such a way that they cannot be removed without the use of tools. Advised to place endcaps on all grab/handrails.

Observed lose concrete tiling throughout the pool deck area. Advised CPO/PIC The deck, including coping, shall have a minimum four feet width of continuous, unobstructed walking area maintained at all times unless otherwise allowed in the chapter. Advised to repair concreate tiling on decking area.

Observed peak occupancy sign and hours of operation sign not posted in clear view at the entrance of the pool. Advised CPO/PIC A sign shall be posted stating the hours of operation in clear view near the entrance and shall state the theoretical peak occupancy. Advised to place a peak occupancy signa and hours of operation sign at the entrance gate of the pool.

Observed no universal no diving tiling at each depth marker. Advised CPO/PIC The words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers in subsections (3)(a) thru (h) above. Advised CPO/PIC to place universal no diving tiles at each depth marker tiling throughout the pool deck.
