Observed fly activity in front prep area. PIC stated pest control will service facility again on Wednesday.

Observed french fries stored next to raw shell eggs in reach in cooler. Also, observed raw ground beef stored next to raw steak in walk in cooler. Advised PIC all TCS foods shall be stored according to final cook temperature.
