Observed raw shell eggs stored above flour and cheese in walk in cooler. Also observed raw ground beef stored next to ready to eat pepperonni and above cooked oxtail and cooked chicken in walk in cooler. Also observed raw chicken stored with raw bacon and above raw fish in prep top cooler. COS: PIC moved with proper separation. Advised need more shelving in walk in cooler. CA: Store food items according to final cook temp.

Observed multiple dishes stored in vegetable sink. Advised to move dishes. Advised vegetable sink is for washing vegetables only. COS: PIC moved dishes. CA: Vegetable sink is for purpose of washing vegetables only.

Observed walk in freezer not maintaining temperatures less than 32 degrees. Ambient was 40 degrees F. Advised to repair. CA: All equipment shall be kept be kept in good repair and proper adjustment.
