Observed the food contact surfaces of the interior white panel of the bulk ice machine in the main kitchen stored as clean with brown staining. Advised PIC equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred Advised PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of the ice bin lid and bulk ice machine.

Observed multiple sauces in the front food service prep top coolers (1 and 2). Advised PIC that Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. Advised PIC to label all sauces in the prep top coolers at the front food service areas.

Observed entrance door of the facility propped open upon arrival. Also observed visible light entry at the front food of the facility when shut. Advised PIC that outer openings of the establishment shall be protected against pest and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Advised PIC to have the entrance door of the establishment repaired.

Observed 2025 Food Service permit posted in public view. Advised PIC that a current Food Service Establishment permit shall be posted in public view at all times. Advised PIC to obtain the 2026 Food Service Establishment permit and post in public view.

Observed food contact surfaces of the drive thru's ice bin lid stored as clean with black residue. Also observed the food contact surface of the main kitchen's bulk ice machine stored as clean with black residue. Advised PIC equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred Advised PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of the ice bin lid and bulk ice machine.

Observed no procedures for vomit/fecal response. Advised PIC responding To Contamination Events. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter.

Observed multiple food items at grill area not labeled. Advised PIC label information shall include: the common name of the food, or if there is no common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement.

Observed 2023 permit posted in public display. Advised PIC the permit, or copy thereof, and the current inspection report must be displayed for public view and protected from inclement weather.

Observed food contact surface of ice machine lid with black debris at drive-thru window. Also observed food contact surface of ice machine panel with brown/black debris in main kitchen. Advised PIC that all food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.
