Observed no evidence of food allergy training. Advised PIC employees are properly trained in food safety, including food allergy awareness, as it relates to their assigned duties. Food allergy awareness includes describing foods identified as major food allergens and the symptoms that a major food allergen could cause in a sensitive individual who has an allergic reaction
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Upon arrival, observed no paper towels at handsink. Advised PIC Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: individual, disposable towels.
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed no vomit/fecal written response upon request. Advised PIC a food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment.

Observed 2025 permit posted at time of inspection. Advised PIC post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(1)(i) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed aluminum lining under waffle maker at main kitchen. Advised PIC nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed multiple bins with exterior non-food contact surface with staining and debris in need of cleaning at 3-Compartment Sink Area. Advised PIC nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed stained ceiling tiles in ceiling tiles of main kitchen. Advised PIC the physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
