Observed no food allergy awareness training documents onsite upon request. Advised PIC employees are properly trained in food safety, including food allergy awareness, as it relates to their assigned duties. Food allergy awareness includes describing foods identified as major food allergens and the symptoms that a major food allergen could cause in a sensitive individual who has an allergic reaction.
13A - posted: permit/inspection/choking poster/handwashing

observed most recent inspection report not displayed at drive thru window (4/24/24 posted). Advised PIC food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information.

Observed Walk In Freezer in disrepair with an ambient temperature of 60.9F and being used as a dry storage unit. Advised PIC that all ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Advised PIC to have walk in freezer repaired.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Upon arrival, observed cardboard stored on the floor at main prep area. Advised PIC materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces under conditions of normal use shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable for areas where food service establishment operations are conducted. Advised PIC to remove cardboard lining from the floor of the establishment.
