Observed visible light entry at the back door of the facility. Outer openings shall be protected from the entry of pests and rodents by sold, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Stated to the PIC to install weatherstrip at the back door of the facility.

Observed absorbent cieling tiles in the employee restrooms during initial inspection. Materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable for areas where food service establishment operations are conducted and nonabsorbent for areas subject to moisture such as food preparation areas, walk-in refrigerators, ware washing areas, and toilet rooms. Stated to PIC to replace ceiling tiles with nonabsorbent ceiling tiles.
