Observed gap between floor and the bottom of the backdoor. Exterior doors shall be maintained to prevent the entry of pest. Advised to replace door sweep.

Observed contact surfaces of 2 ice machine panels with black mold like substances. Also observed contact surface of multiple utensil holdings with debris and dust. Advised PIC that all food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed active fly activity throughout facility during the time of inspection. Advised PIC that the presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises. Advised PIC to contact professional pest control.

Observed entry of light at back door of facility. Advised PIC that all outer opening shall be protected in order to eliminate the possibility of the harborage of pests. CA: Advised PIC to install weatherstrip at back door.
