Observed build-up on and inside of bulk food containers, observed build-up on shelves above food in walk in cooler. Food shall be stored protected from overhead build-up/ contamination. Advised to clean shelves and bulk foo storage containers. PIC switched out soiled containers.

Observed several containers of food stored on shelves with multiple unclean dishes.. CA: Food must be stored properly stored in approved food approved areas. PIC Removed containers of food and moved to approved area.

Observed drain flies in the order sitting area. Establishment shall be free of pests. Pest control paperwork is up to date. Advised to contact pest control company.

Observed build-up on counters, upper and lower shelves, cooler doors handles, door handles, sink knobs, and on hood vent and hood vent screens, and insides of prep top cooler. Advised to clean equipment surfaces.

Observed build-up on floors along base of walls in kitchen and dishwash area. Advised to clean
