Observed employe phones, keys, and purse stored on food prep top counter/ table in kitchen. Had worker remove items

Build-up present on fryers, and lower shelving and on grill sides and outer surfaces of prep top cooler doors and on outer and inner surfaces of standing food warmers, grease build-up observed on wall racks in kitchen. Advised to clean. Advised to clean items.
