Observed black build-up in between the soda nozzles and the dispensing portion of the soda machine.
C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
COS: soda nozzles and machine cleaned with sanitizer solution (QAC) observed at 400ppm
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - equipment & utensils, air-drying required (c)
Observed several metal containers stored for use being wet stacked in the main kitchen.
C/A: After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food
COS: metal containers placed on a clean prep table and allowed to air dry
