An accumulation of mold was observed around the countertop/perimeter of the hand sink. CA Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. The perimeter around the hand sink must be re-caulked.

Dirt accumulation was observed on the floor inside the dry storage room. Missing floor tiles were observed near the reach in freezers. CA Physical facilities must be maintained and in good repair.

Expired bottles of heavy whipping cream dated for 6/1/24 was observed inside the reach in cooler above the toppings. CA TCS food items must be discarded by the expiration date to prevent foodborne illnesses. COS The whipping cream was discarded.

The hot water at the 3-compartment sink reached temperatures of 76F. CA Hot water must maintain a minimum temperature of 100F. The operator will contact the plumber to adjust the hot water to ensure temperatures reach at least 100F.

Mold was observed around the perimeter of the 3-compartment sink. CA Re-caulk the area to ensure physical facilities are in good repair and maintained.
