Observed, in main kitchen reach in cooler, pepper gravy (made on: 12/13) and honey mustard (made on: 12/13) not discarded after 7 days. Observed, in main kitchen 4 door reach in cooler (left), milk (poured in container: 10/31) and butter cream (made on: 10/29) not discarded after 7 days. C/A: TCS food shall be used, sold, or discarded by their 7 day date mark or after. COS: All containers discarded.
