Observed raw chicken (container and bag) stored directly on top of and above a container of artificial crab at the pre top unit; raw shelled eggs stored directly on containers of mayonnaise in the reach in cooler (single door), all in the main kitchen. CA: Raw food can not be stored over ready to eat food. COS: Raw proteins were placed on the bottom shelf of the prep unit.

Employee stated that vomiting is a symptom that employees can't work with. They could not provide any other symptoms or illnesses that must be reported. CA: Employees must be able to provide 5 symptoms, 6 illnesses, when to restrict, when to exclude, and when to return to work. COS: emailed red book and reviewed with staff
