Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed trash and pans stored in and obstructing hand washing sink. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS: PIC moved trash and pans out of handwashing sink.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed microwave not maintained cleaned to sight and touch. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be maintained clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC cleaned and sanitized microwave.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i),(j) - temperature measuring device, manual warewashing; sanitizing solutions, testing device (pf)
No sanitizer test strips available in facility. CA: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. COS: PIC will get test strips.
