Cage free hard shell eggs with an expiration date of 5/28/26 and a container of garlic had an expiration date of 3/28/26 was observed stored inside the prep unit across from the grill. CA: Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. COS: The food items were discarded.

Several squeeze bottles of sauces stored in front of the fryers, inside the prep unit and walk in cooler was observed not labeled. CA: Food packaged in a food service establishment, that is not provided by a foodservice employee upon consumer request, shall be labeled. Label information shall include the common name of the food, or if there is no common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement.

Boxes of wine and beer was observed stored on the floor underneath the shelf inside the dry storage area near the bar. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor.
